Next is our Roasted Pineapple bon bon, which showcases caramelized pineapple in a milk chocolate & brown sugar ganache. Our classic Grand Marnier bon bon combines American orange liqueur & Grand Marnier in a classic chocolate ganache. The Fresh Mint bon bon features fresh mint steeped into a creamy white chocolate ganache wrapped in dark chocolate. Our Pomegranate Caramel truffle has fresh pomegranate juice spiked with lemon in a dark chocolate shell.
