Our Commercial Chef Over-The-Range microwave is designed for installation over stoves and features a hidden vent with 300 CFM hood fan. Can be installed to an existing hood exhaust including outside top exhaust, outside back exhaust and recirculating options (ducts and caps not included). Bottom edge of cabinet should be at least 30" from the cooking surface when installing and 66" or more from the floor to the top of the microwave. This 1.7 cu. ft. over the range microwave oven comes with a 12.4" diameter glass turntable and a removable wire shelf to cook a large casserole or up to 2 dishes at once for added convenience. Easy to use touch controls and LED display controls multiple quick cook options and all features. 10 one-touch cooking menu options include Pizza, Potato, Meat, Reheat, Popcorn, Beverage, Veggies, Cheese, Butter, Ice Cream and Reheat. Our above range microwave with vent also features 3 different defrost modes including 1 lb. defrost, time defrost and weight defrost options. Microwave 1000 watt also comes with ECO mode and quick 30-second cook options for added convenience. This black microwave features 2 vent speed, cooktop light and on/off cooking light options. Other features and settings include multi-stage cooking, and kids’ meals option to heat common microwave-prepared foods such as hot dogs, frozen dinners and chicken nuggets with fries.
